Love this place. They go to the Modesto Farmers Market and they have the restaurant on Oakdale. Wednesday and Friday have dollar pupusa specials. The spinach and cheese pupusas are my personal favorite. Everyone who works here is really friendly and the place is nice and quaint and quiet usually.

I've had pupusas at another restaurant but not as good as the one's I've had at Santaneca. Service is amazing wait time is reasonable, I've tried the tamales and they're delicious. I've also had the fried bananas with sour cream and syrup type and I loved it and last but not least I've had the pampazo too delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
